All products sold by Bluworld HOMelements are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. Bluworld HOMelements takes great care in manufacturing unique and quality products at an extraordinary value. Since all products are handmade sizes and colors may vary.
Bluworld HOMelements fountains and fireplaces are a unique and different product when it comes to customer expectation of product performance. The failure to keep up with the maintenance by the customer is more prevalent than most any other consumer product. All fountains require regular although minimal attention and the failure to do so will render them problematic. When maintained as specified, they will give years of beauty, ambiance, tranquility and pleasure to the home or business atmosphere.
You will not be charged until your order ships.
Many companies take your money upfront, we won't! Your credit card does not get billed until the day your order ships, with one exception; custom options and personalization which requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All products ship from our Orlando, FL warehouse.
For shipping damage, customers must file claim within 48 hours of receipt. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported within 48 hours. By placing an order on-line it is acknowledged that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours. Custom Orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. If Bluworld HOMelements ships an order within the conditions of the order and the order is refused or canceled after shipping you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will also be charged for all costs incurred with outbound and return freight (including any redirection fees charged by the carrier). The product must be returned in its original unopened carton and in resalable condition (including the condition of the box). Credit will be given upon receipt and inspection of the product. Fountains that have been modified based on your order are considered custom units and cancellations will not be accepted for these orders once your order has been processed.
Inspect product for damage at time of delivery. In the event that the driver is not able to stay on the delivery site during the inspection of the water feature, please sign off "DRIVER WOULD NOT WAIT - PENDING INSPECTION". The shipping insurance is null and void once the items are delivered and signed for. Bluworld HOMelements will not be held responsible in the event of damage to items once the consignee has signed off on the bill of lading and therefore has agreed that the shipment was received in good condition unless notated on the delivery receipt. Customer agrees that his/her signature or a signature by his/her representative or affiliate to receive the product(s) or on any order confirmation, invoice, delivery receipt, purchase order, or other sales receipt is presumed to establish customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Customer further agrees to inspect the goods within 48 hours of receipt and to promptly report any damage to Bluworld HOMelements to determine whether any defects exist which would justify Customer or Dealer not accepting the goods. For any claims for defective goods (where the defect can reasonably be determined by inspection) customer must give Bluworld HOMelements notice of the defect in writing within 48 hours of delivery completely describing the nature of the defect. Photographic evidence of defects is requested and only those goods deemed defective by a Bluworld HOMelements Customer Service Representative will be considered for claims. Customer or Dealer’s failure to comply with these terms will be deemed to have waived any objections based upon such defects and will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
Returns due to any reason other than shipping damage or manufacturers defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted unless processed through our Customer Service department. All other attempted returns will be refused.
Nu-Flame Bio-Ethanol Fuel returns are not allowed due to the volatility of the products and potential for tampering. All returns must be packed in their original boxes/cartons with original packing including all poly-bags on the fountain or fireplace and all pieces must be present. Not properly packing a return may result in shipping damage to the unit preventing a refund. Missing components will also prevent a refund from being processed. Custom fountains or personalized fountains are not returnable unless there was an error by Bluworld. In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an e-mail to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of reprint or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer.
The information we collect is never shared or sold with others. The information you provide is used to contact you regarding your order and provide new product information and promotions.
If you supply us with your email address on-line you may receive periodic newsletter mailings with information on new products, services or upcoming events.
