Table Top Fountain |
| I have a small retail store. I was contacted by Julio in sales to see if I would like to purchase Bluworld. I had not heard of the company nor seen the products. After several conversations and months of deliberating if this feature would sell in my store I decided to purchase a small quantity. Within the first two weeks I was sold out and now am placing more orders. I have customers who have come in just by hearing about how unique the table top fountain is. I am placing orders for more and have expanded the line to wall fountains. My sales have gone up by, 30% within 3 months and with the extra walk in traffic my small retail shop is now expanding quickly. Excellent work Bluworld and thank you for contacting me. | Just got my table top fountain I ordered last week. I took it out of the box, set it up very easily and the pump was not working. I just called Bluworld very upset and was put through to customer service immediately. I spoke with Robert who was very helpful. I did not realize I needed to fill the water above the pump all the way. After doing so my fountain is working. Very fast ordering processing and easy to contact customer service. I only ordered 5 days ago! I will be recommending Bluworld and am happy with my fountain. |

I will be recommending this company and product. The fountain looks and sounds great in my living room. My family is very pleased. I will be ordering one for my parents, soon. | I absolutely LOVE my table top fountain. I ordered my fountain and was unsure how to set up the pump. I called customer service and spoke to a very knowledgeable and personable person.
