| I got this fountain for a birthday present a few years back. My son was playing ball in the house and it hit the fountain, which ended up on the floor. The base and art were fine but the slate broke. I was so heartbroken I called Bluworld to inquire about what to do. I was immediately transferred to Robert in Customer Service who ordered a replace piece. I am now sitting and listening to the soothing sound of my fountain once again. I continue to tell people about these art pieces of art and spend hours of enjoyment listening to the fountain. |

| I just had to write in - it is not very often you get good customer service these days. I received my fountain as a gift and had no idea how to take care of the fountain. I misplaced the directions and was worried about not taking care of it. I called the customer care line and within minutes spoke to a very nice customer care person who went over step by step how to care for my fountain. He took his time and was very patient. I ended up ordering a wall fountain to add to my newly remodeled room. Excellent customer service and product. Look forward to receiving my wall fountain. Thank you - you now have a loyal customer. |
